Guided Gratitude Journal (plus Blank Gratitude Journal)

Expressing gratitude is one of the easiest ways to turn a bad day into a good one. It is very empowering when we are able to focus on what is going right, instead of worrying about what seems to be going wrong. The more you are thankful for, the more you’ll have to be thankful for. However, sometimes that’s difficult to remember. That’s why this journal was created.

This guided gratitude journal contains 31 days of prompts to give you some ideas on where to focus in order to find your place of peace. How you respond to the prompts is up to you. You can simply answer the question and move on, you can go into more detail, or you could even write about something unrelated to the prompt. But whatever you do, please try to make a commitment to yourself to complete the journal.

After the guided journal is complete, you can continue your gratitude practice by using the blank journal. Or, if you prefer, you can just use the blank journal from the beginning. This was created to give you freedom and flexibility.

Includes: One – 31 Day Gratitude Journal With Prompts
One- 31 Day Gratitude Journal Without Prompts

LIVE ONLINE CLASSES

Coloring and Conversation Social Club

In this ongoing course students will have a relaxing environment to color practice their conversational skills. Students can make new friends and learn personal development skills.

Each week an age-appropriate coloring PDF will be uploaded for the students to print and bring to class. Alternatively, students can bring their own sheet. The class will consist of coloring and having casual conversations about inspiring topics.

Though I will be facilitating the discussions, this is more of a guided process than a structured class. It’s about having a safe space to relax, chat, color.

Every student will have a chance to participate if they’d like to. If the student would rather just color, that is fine as well.

Details: This group course is hosted online via Zoom. Students can join for as many or few sessions as needed.

Sections: Teens 13-17 and Youth 8-12

Kind Words – How to Communicate With Empathy and Tact

In this class students will discover that communicating with kindness helps us to build good relationships with others. When we have good relationships with one another, everyone wins.

We will read about and discuss the importance of using kind words, showing tact, showing empathy, and thinking before you speak.

I have written stories to illustrate these concepts. After reading these stories, we will answer questions and share ideas on the best ways to respond to the scenarios. Everyone is free to share their opinions.

If there is time a song might be included, but singing is always optional!

The goal is to develop awareness of free expression that integrates the values of collaboration and kindness.

We may use examples of unkind language and discuss how to give a more compassionate response; however none of the examples are vulgar.

Ages: 7-11 years old

Enrollment: Please contact me for current information on times/dates/enrollment policies.
